"Shipping took forever"

"Way more hassle than I expected!!"
I thought this would make things easier and save me some time, but it ended up being confusing!! In the end, it felt like more work than just doing it myself

I was hoping the Texas DMV checklist would make things easier, but it ended up missing a form I needed. I still had to call around, figure it out on my own, and redo parts of the process, which was disappointing...

"Not gonna lie, I was a bit..."
Not gonna lie, I was a bit frustrated when I noticed some of the details on my forms were wrong. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but it definitely needed to be fixed.

"Checkout was a bit of a pain"
The site wasn’t the easiest to get through. Checkout felt kind of confusing, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. I just wanted to finish my order and move on, but yeah.

"Instructions were kind of a mess"
The site was easy to use overall, but some of the instructions were a confusing little disaster. I had to reread a few parts like some kind of detective just to make sure I was sending the forms right. It did work out in the end, but the process definitely wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been...

"Prices were clear"
I ordered from them sometime last month, or maybe late the month before, and the prices were laid out clearly enough. I didn’t feel surprised by the item cost, which I appreciated. The only thing is I wish the shipping details had been a bit easier to understand upfront.

"Really not worth the money"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. A lot of the information was stuff I could’ve found myself with a quick search, like really, really easily. I thought I was paying for convenience, but it didn’t end up feeling all that convenient. Just not worth it for me.

"I wanted clearer instructions before sharing so much info"
I started using HitchSwitch, but I got uneasy once it asked for a lot of personal details. I get that some of that information is probably needed, but I was expecting clearer instructions and a better explanation of why each thing was required.

Maybe the service works perfectly fine for other people, but I personally didn’t feel confident enough. Privacy is a big deal to me, and I didn’t see enough upfront details about how my information would be protected or handled.

In the end, I stopped before finishing the process. I might have felt differently if the site had walked me through things more clearly, but as it was, I just didn’t feel comfortable continuing

"Forms were accepted, just a slight delay"
I used HitchSwitch after changing my name, it made the whole process a lot less confusing. The forms were accepted by Social Security and the DMV without any major issues, which was a relief. One form did take a little longer to come back than I expected, so that was a bit frustrating, but not a huge deal. Overall, it worked, it saved me some stress, and it did what I needed it to do.

"Reply took a lil while"
Overall it was fine tbh, but the response time was kinda slow. I ended up waiting longer than I expected to hear back. They did answer my question eventually, so no huge issue, just wish it had been quicker lol.

"Easy enough, but the reminders were a lot"
The site was easy to figure out, and I did like having all the name change steps in one place instead of hunting around everywhere. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
I got confused on a couple of the forms and had to go back twice, which was a little annoying. Also, the reminders felt aggressive after a while, like I got the point already. Overall it worked, just not as smooth or relaxed as I hoped

"Got the paperwork issue sorted"
I had a small hiccup with my paperwork and assumed it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. But support replied quickly and got it fixed without much hassle. It did take one extra day longer than I expected, but in the end everything was sorted out fine, so I’m happy with how it went

I liked the idea of the service, but the process felt disorganized. A few steps weren’t explained very well, so I ended up having to double-check things on my own, which really shouldn’t have been on me. The emails didn’t do much to clarify what was supposed to happen next either. It did work out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

"Support was "way too slow""
The service itself was fine, but the customer support was frustrating. I emailed them about an issue I was having with my forms and then just didn’t hear anything for days. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt like a "copy and paste" response and didn’t really solve the problem. I ended up figuring out most of it on my own, which was annoying. For what I paid, I expected a lot better help.

"Made my name change way easier"
HitchSwitch made the whole name change process so much less confusing. I was expecting to be buried in forms and, wait, I probably would’ve given up halfway without it. The steps felt like they actually matched my situation, and I always knew what to do next. It saved me a lot of guessing and stress.
